What counts as a placement

An Ember-generated placement means the agent engaged or re-engaged with the candidate, and that candidate ultimately went active on an assignment.
  • Engaged means the candidate texted the agent back.
  • We're credited as long as they keep replying, plus 90 days after their last reply.
  • If your recruiter had already submitted them to that job, there's no fee.
  • If the assignment ends in the first week, you get a credit.

These are the same terms you sign. They are written into Schedule A of your Order Form.

How signing up works

  1. Tell us about your companyLegal name, address, and who is signing.
  2. Review and sign your Order FormYou can download a copy first if someone else needs to read it.
  3. Add a payment methodCard or bank account. Your first month's platform fee is charged today. Monthly billing starts at go-live, usually about two weeks later.
